1. Agreement to These Terms
These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Evolution Energy website, services, forms, and text-message program. By visiting the website, requesting information, submitting a service request, or opting in to receive text messages, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and the Evolution Energy Privacy Policy.
2. Service Requests, Estimates, and Website Content
Evolution Energy provides HVAC, drainage, and commercial solar information and services for homes and businesses. Website content is provided for general informational purposes only. A service request, online inquiry, booking request, estimate request, or calculator result does not create a binding agreement, guarantee service availability, or constitute a final quote.
Any estimate, financing option, rebate, tax-credit information, product recommendation, installation date, project scope, energy-savings projection, or service eligibility is subject to site review, written agreement, program rules, lender approval where applicable, availability, and applicable law. Please contact Evolution Energy directly to confirm the details of any proposed service.
3. Evolution Energy SMS Messaging Program
If you choose to provide optional consent, Evolution Energy may send text messages to the mobile number you provide. Service-related messages may include requested estimates or assessments, appointment confirmations and reminders, scheduling information, service updates, project updates, and customer-support communications. If you separately choose optional marketing consent, Evolution Energy may also send occasional promotional messages, special offers, discounts, energy-efficiency information, and service updates.
Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing goods or services. Message frequency varies based on your request, appointment status, project activity, and the consent options you select. Message and data rates may apply.
4. How You Opt In
You may opt in by selecting the applicable optional SMS-consent checkbox on an Evolution Energy web form, booking form, estimate form, or other disclosed opt-in method. SMS-consent checkboxes are optional and are not preselected. The service-message and marketing-message options are separate, so you may choose either, both, or neither.
5. Opting Out, Help, and Rejoining
You may cancel text messages at any time by replying STOP. After you send STOP, we will send one message confirming that you have been unsubscribed. You will no longer receive text messages from that program unless you opt in again.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing with subcontractors in support services, such as customer service or service delivery, is permitted when necessary.
